Lesson 1. Jaw Release
This lesson works with the jaw, temples, ear area, and neck — the large structural muscles that support everything else in the face. In 20 minutes, split into three parts (theory, guided practice, and meditation), you'll learn 6 techniques to release tension in the masseter, temporal muscle, and neck, including an optional buccal technique for more experienced practitioners.
This is the starting point for anyone working on facial tension, headaches, puffiness, or asymmetry — regardless of the specific concern. The large muscles form the frame; the smaller facial muscles are the picture inside it. Release the frame first, and detailed facial work becomes far more effective.
