Lesson 2. Eyes & Temples Release
This lesson works the eye area, brows, and forehead — muscles that carry a lot of everyday stress and screen fatigue. In 20 minutes across three parts (theory, guided practice, meditation), you'll learn 10 techniques for the scalp, brow, and eye area, including forehead friction, eyebrow compression, and gentle eyelid work.
Builds on the foundation from Lesson 1, going deeper into the upper face — brows, forehead, and the eye area connected to them. Helpful for under-eye puffiness, brow heaviness, forehead tension, and that tired, compressed look from screen use or chronic stress.
